Start with a shirt you love. Lay a well-fitting T-shirt flat without stretching it. Compare its width and length with the garment measurements below.

How to measure
Body chest
Wrap a tape around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it level. This is a body measurement, not the width of a flat shirt.
Shirt width
With your shirt lying flat, measure straight across from one underarm seam to the other. Do not double this number when comparing it with the flat-width column.
Shirt length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder beside the collar straight down to the bottom hem.
Sleeve length
Start at the center back of the collar. Measure across the shoulder and continue along the top of the sleeve to its hem. This includes the shoulder, not just the sleeve itself.
Between sizes? Use your favorite shirt’s measurements as the deciding comparison. If you prefer more room, consider the larger size. Check both width and length.
Supplier measurements are approximate. Printful states that garment measurements may vary by up to 2 inches (5 cm). Available sizes and colors are shown on each product page. This guide applies to our Gildan 64000 Softstyle T-shirts.

Fabric by color
Black, White, Navy, Natural, Light Blue, Cornsilk, Coral Silk, and Military Green: 100% ring-spun cotton.
Sport Grey: 90% ring-spun cotton and 10% polyester.
Care for your shirt
- Wash: Turn the shirt inside out. Use cold water, a gentle cycle, mild detergent, and similar colors.
- Dry: Hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
- Iron: If needed, use a cool iron with the shirt inside out. Keep the iron off all printed areas, including sleeve branding.
- Avoid: Fabric softener and dry cleaning. If bleach is necessary, use only non-chlorine bleach.
Cold washing and gentle drying help reduce shrinking and protect the print. Follow any additional care instructions supplied with your shirt.
A note about White and Natural
White may have a slightly off-white appearance because of the fabric.
Natural can contain small dark speckles throughout the fabric. These are an expected characteristic of this color.

Your shirt goes into production after you order. Please allow time for both making it and getting it to you.
When to expect your shirt

- Typically another 5–20 business days after production.
These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and customs can affect delivery. Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Choose your size and color carefully
Because each shirt is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly chosen size or color. Check the size guide and your selections before ordering.
A problem with your order?
For damage, defects, or printing errors, contact us within 30 days of receipt. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos. After review, we may offer a free replacement or a refund.
For a package believed lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of its estimated delivery date. Packages marked delivered are reviewed individually.
